DEFINITIONS

The printer buttons on the control panel perform the following functions:

On Line button Use this button to toggle the printer between ON

LINE or OFF LINE.

Menu button: Press this button to go into the menus or to exit from

the menus.

Eject (Minus) button Press this button, while in a menu, to scroll the menu

features from bottom to top.

When the printer is OFF LINE or ON LINE, press this

button to eject the piece of media out from under the

exit rollers.

Cartridge (Plus) button: Press this button, while in a menu, to scroll the

menu features from top to bottom.

When the printer is OFF LINE or ON LINE,

press this button to make the print head holder travel to

the center position of the floor assembly for easy

access when removing or installing a print cartridge.

Press again to return the print head holder.

Enter button: Press this button, while in a menu, to select a menu

feature.

Test Env. button: When the printer is OFF LINE, press this button to

print an internal test address message.
